Nickname palette list

Static location instructions explain any means of obtaining the pokémon with the correct DVs that doesn't require dealing with any randomisation or luck-based mechanics, and the obtained pokémon may or may not have the correct nickname before you obtain and name it yourself. Mechanics that alter the DVs after the pokémon has been encountered are not listed. Of note, any pokémon needed with DV sets 15 15 15 15 or 15 10 10 10 can have their DVs set at the time of capture by using a special ball to perform the capture, and a hidden limited-use item can be used after the point of capture, but doesn't have enough uses to allow you to obtain the full list. Neither of these two mechanics are taken into account in the table, as they occur after the pokémon has been encountered and its original DVs rolled. This column of the table is a work in progress. I doubt all pokémon have a static location for their nickname palette forms, but I'm adding the ones I find to the table as I encounter them.

A set of DVs in a green box means the set can be chained for. Being able to be chained for is defined as the chaining mechanic not passing over the desired DVs. For example, all shiny DVs can be chained for, because when attempting to generate a shiny, the chaining mechanic allows all shiny DV sets to halt the re-roll process. However, LILAC cannot be chained for because his speed and special DVs are 13. The shiny re-roll mechanic would see these values and try to change them to 10, while the strong aura mechanic would see these values and try to change them to 15. In no case would the chaining mechanics see these values and recognise the pokémon as favourable. A set in a red box means the set cannot be chained for, but could be encountered via random chance.

A male or female symbol means members of the species can be either sex, but the one you're looking for is of the specified sex. A double male or double female symbol means the entire species only comes in that sex. The hermaphrodite symbol means the species is sexless but can be bred for with the right DITTO. If no sex symbol is present, the species cannot be obtained in an EGG from the DAY CARE, and with the exception of DITTOs, cannot breed. All of these EGGs can be obtained elsewhere in the game, but with different or even no control over DVs. Of note, all DITTO EGGs contain SLIMEY without exception, while :B:, G, S, C, ZAPUNO and MITSUHIDE EGGs are random and require landing an extremely lucky 1 in 65536 DV roll. All other non-breedable pokémon have their nickname palette EGG instructions included in their static location instructions.
